Watch this step-by-step video on how to make bacon-wrapped pheasant poppers. Ingredients: 6 jalapeno peppers 8 oz. onion and chive cream cheese 6 slices of bacon cut in half 2 pheasant breasts cut into 12 thin slices 1 can water chestnuts Slice peppers in half, then remove seeds. Fill peppers with cream cheese. Lay pheasant meat on top of cream cheese, then place two water chestnuts on each popper. Wrap each popper and secure with toothpick.
